“Small stories” is a site-specific project of mapping the city of Bucharest through microfictions inspired by its atmosphere and the habits of its inhabitants.

Maria-Livia Onete is a freelance artist, illustrator and graphic designer who lives in Bucharest. She completed her BA and MA courses in the Graphics department of the Faculty of Fine Arts, and currently works in a variety of mediums, from photography to object, drawing and digital collage. Her favourite themes are the city, human relations and the relationship between the inner world and the external environment of the individual. When she is not writing and illustrating personal projects, Maria organizes cultural projects through Antistatic Association.
